When Lights?
Nightly from 6pm to 10pm starting Dec. 1 - Dec. 26
Drive Through or Park & Walk
Follow Santa's Route in your car or you can park at the neighboring Brea Sports Park and walk.
Cost?
There is no cost. The Residents of Eagle Hills enjoy our community tradition of putting together elaborate Christmas displays for your enjoyment. Please remember that you are a guest and we kindly ask that you end your evening at 10pm and respect our private property.

Want to stay on the nice list?
Traffic is going to be out of control on many evenings.
Be patient and drive safely. Lots of cars, lots of people walking and the residents trying to come and go.

Maximum Joy
Answers to FAQ and some tips to help make your visit Merry & Bright
Parking
You can park in the tract however it is limited to one side and makes getting out a challenge on busy nights. Olinda elementary and Brea Sports Park, located just east of Eagle Hills on Birch St have parking.
Walking
Yes, walking is allowed and a great way to enjoy the evening. Sidewalks get crowded so wide strollers are not advised. There are walking paths and trash cans throughout the neighborhood. Use them.
Restrooms
Brea Sports Park, located a short walk east of Eagle Hills has public restrooms.
Limousines / Party Busses
Party Bus / limousines are not permitted in the tract. This ensures smoother traffic flow and enhances safety for all residents.
No Outside Vendors
Vendors are not permitted.

Pro Tip
On many evenings, you can only enter Eagle Hills while headed WESTBOUND on Birch or Lambert. Plan accordingly.
